NEWS UPDATE!!!

Jan 20th 2006

Hello January! My life is sort of flipping out right now and tumbling down a staircase. Found a nice place to live with big high ceilings and the best view of all time. New thingy up:: http://www.subterraneanquarterly.com/ My year top 10 list is up here:: www.doghouserecords.com It is not at all true or well done. Actually, don't even go look at it. It's a bum out and makes me look boring and dumb.

I have some stuff coming up!
1. A short story in the Winter/Spring issue of Subterranean Quarterly which I think is a print thing, which is so wonderful.
Opium Magazine picked up some more of the Fireplace Chat stuff for their website / www.opiummagazine.com. You can be sneaky and read it all here though:: http://fireplacechats.blogspot.com I've been slackin' on it cuz of all the Outburst, but I'll be back on track soon.
I have a children's story I am working on with some amazing friends. It's going to be a multimedia experience. Like when you listen to Pink Floyd and watch The Wizard of Oz. freak out.
I have 2 new stories going up on Alarmingly Weird Stories. I don't know the URL, but it's just a google away. Oh damn. That is a bumper sticker waiting to happen; "JUST A GOOGLE AWAY" print it.

I am moving to New York in March. Doghouse is getting an office there. I am kind of excited to do something with my life, but I am also slightly stressed over it. I like a lot of aspects of my life in MA. Ah well.

ok. other than that things are normal. I have a new phone which is huge and dumb. I look like a spaceman. Is that sexy? nope. Oh, a small company called The Lion and the Wire is doing some sort of limited edition screen printed version of some of my stuff. They said it would be done in the somewhat near future. booya.

Listen to Hall and Oates all day long. Your problems will melt away. I promise. ----david michael conway aka The Horse Whisperer. Someone help me stop watching the 5th Element all day long. It is so full of bright colors, witty catch phrases, exciting action, adorable hair and an amazing performance by Chris Tuckers as Ruby Rob who's catch phrase is "super green" which means, really good. Use it. Live by it.    That's about it.
